All types of footwear - from military or steel cap work
boots through to dress shoes or sandals, for men or women. |
| I have sore feet, can you help me? |
Probably - we will assess your feet to see whether the problem is caused by the footwear, or by the health, shape, or structure of the feet. If the underlying causes stem from the feet, we would recommend you see a qualified podiatrist. Where the problem is caused by wrong choice of footwear, or inability to obtain footwear that fits, then it would be appropriate to consider having us make footwear to your fitting. |
| Do you do orthotic modifications? | Yes - although it is often more effective to have shoes made where extreme modifications are required. |
| My feet are very wide. Can you help? | Yes - we will build up a last to the correct width, and style a shoe to fit. |
| Do I need to see you? | For simple problems, possibly not, as we can courier a pair at the fitting stage to you. For more complex requirements, we need to see you for initial consultation and measurements, followed up with a fitting for which you need to attend. |
| How much will it cost? | To prepare personalised lasts - NZ$250
to 300 a pair. Shoes - NZ$200 to 350 a pair. Boots - NZ$260 to 450 a pair. |
